Sales & Refunds
All sales are strictly prepaid by credit card payment through our secure website shopping cart. All sales are final and subject to the standard warranty of the products. Any questions should be made prior to purchase as refunds will not be given for customer changing there mind or in instance of clothing, incorrect style or size purchase (please refer to section returns).
International Sales
Please contact us if you are situated outside of Australia for more information on purchases and payment.
Returns
Return of goods for any reason (other than warranty claims or incorrectly supplied goods) will be subject to all cost associated with the return. All returns must be accompanied by a request for credit, quoting original invoice number on which the goods were supplied, and the goods must be in original packaging. When possible a replacement will be provided before a refund will be issued at the discretion of Strive Sport.
Other Claims
Should you receive a short supply or damaged delivery, please note the discrepancy on the consignment note and contact Strive Sport prior to the return of goods. Claims for non-delivery, short supply, incorrect goods supplied, and pricing or calculation errors must be made within 7 days of the invoice date in writing.
If you receive a defective item, please contact Strive Sport to arrange for the item to be returned. If a returned item is found to be no fault of Strive Sport, the freight charge to have the item returned will be the responsibility of the customer.
Special order items are none returnable or refundable.

Postage Information
All prices are inclusive of freight that is paid at time of purchase.
All parcels sent within Australia are delivered by either Australia Post or TNT Express.

Canberra - 3 to 5 working days
Sydney - 2 to 3 working days
Brisbane - 3 to 5 working days
Melbourne - 2 to 3 working days
Adelaide - 3 to 5 working days
Perth - 3 to 5 working days
Canberra - 3 to 5 working days
Darwin - 3 to 5 working days
The times quoted above are only estimates and not guaranteed in all cases. Delivery time depends on your location, stock availability, and the date your order was placed.
Please note: if attempted delivery of your purchase fails due to the delivery being 'unclaimed' and is returned to us, you will be charged freight again for re-sending your purchase to your delivery address
